Some studies suggested that Evening Primrose Oil when combined with Flax Seed Oil might provide significant benefit to these people.

Why should you choose liquids over capsules?

The cost of capsules average 3 to 4 times more expensive than liquid oils, as an example 1 teaspoon of liquid evening primrose oil is equivalent to 5+ evening primrose oil capsules.
