Recommended Adult Intake

1-6 capsules daily as a food supplement, or as directed by a practitioner. Psyllium husks come from the outside coat of the seeds of the plant Plantago Ovato. The husk provides a good source of fibre, and is good used as part of a cleanse programme. Please ensure that you take them with sufficient water (about 4 pints a day) because the muscular movement of the digestive tract turns the powder into a gel. Taking 3 capsules per day will give you a 30 day supply. We recommend that you use Aloe Vera juice with the psyllium husks as part of your colon care programme.
